1. Customization Process
All our products are crafted based on the designs chosen by our customers from our catalogue or those they wish to recreate. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the production process commences approximately 6 hours after the order is made.
2. Non-Refundable Customized Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our handmade footwears and the immediate initiation of the production process, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for customized orders. This policy is in place to cover the costs associated with the acquisition of materials and the labor-intensive nature of our handmade production.
3. Design Change Option
Customers have the flexibility to change the design they initially chose within the first 6 hours after placing an order. However, this option is subject to the availability of materials and the production stage. If the materials procured initially can be repurposed for the new design, we will accommodate the change at no additional cost.
4. Quality Assurance
We take pride in the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at isoyedepo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will work with you to address the issue.
